my creative space

Every wednesday morning i meet up with a bunch of crafty girls and a very lovely lady takes care of our kids while we get our craft on.
At the minute, apart from dreaming about what kind of quilt i'd like to create my other project is making some clothes. But not wanting to carry my machine to and fro, I thought i'd attempt to make Morris the sensitive Panda from Pip Lincolne's Meet Me at Mikes book so I had something to do this week.

Check out what's being created in crafty blogland this week right here with Kootoyoo

  3. Ooooh, he will be cute! Jess' bears are all so cute, if I could crochet, Morris would be top of the list! I just have to settle for saving my pennies and buying them off her!

Oh, and I love the term "get your craft on", must use that one!

  6. That's so sophisticated, i now have craft group envy. We do a craft meetup on Wednesdays too but with kids in tow. Chaos is a good way to describe it. I love meet me at mikes and have eyed off morris for a while...but I will take pleasure instead seeing your cute one...

  11. The panda is looking great so far! Crochet is just the best portable craft, I couldn't be bothered dragging my machine around either.
